My Shepherd's Voice

These sacred words of Jesus
In the Bible, we see.
Jesus is the good Shepherd,
And I am one of His sheep.
He gave me eternal life,
For my soul He will keep.
I hear His dear voice
When He speaks to my heart.
His holy words to me,
God's Word doth impart.
When I hear a strange voice
That is against His word,
I know it is not Jesus,
For the truth I have heard.
The good Shepherd knows me,
And this I really love!
Face to face I'll see Him
One day in my home above.
