God Can Heal A Broken Heart

Has your heart ever been broken,
And you thought it would not heal?
Then you looked to God for comfort
As you sought to do His divine will.

Maybe you lost a precious loved one
Through the sad tragedy of death,
And tears flowed all night long,
As you grieved with every breath.

Maybe by chance you lost your job,
And the future looked dim and bleak.
It seemed you might lose everything,
As in vain another job you seek.

When the night seems so very long,
And it seems that it'll never end,
The light of morning streams through
When time in prayer you spend.

God can heal that broken heart,
So Friend, never ever give up.
Keep trusting His mercy and grace
While blessings overflow your cup.
