The Designer

As we try to walk with You
Some seem worse than others
But You say that's not true
Often we try to minimize
A sin that seems so small
Before the day is over Lord
We believe we didn't commit it at all
But You are well aware of this
As You guide us to all that's true
And a sin that overwhelms us
Always brings us back to You
And faith is what will make us just
But a slippery slope we walk in vain
And You revealed Your plan for us
When You suffered horrific pain
As Christians You have taught us
We are equal in Your sight
And the ground is level at the foot of the cross
So there we will take our fight
Where You will help us walk in faith
And nothing could be finer
For the Gospel is Your work of art
And You are The Master Designer
