Take Out God, Add Bureaucracy

by John Milano

As we live and breathe, this is our sickness.
The woman with the benzene ear rings lingers.
We took God out of school, as if He had no business.
We do not teach knowledge anymore, and ideas cause triggers.

As we live and breathe, this is our litmus.
Nimrod presides weddings, we are left with confusion.
We took God out of marriage; He has stopped giving witness.
Men and women do not marry sacred, no longer a holy fusion.

As we live and breathe, this is our glibness.
It must be the caustic brutality that fascinates.
We took God out of sex; women take a pill that cures no illness.
What's left now, is what is, when God is not involved when we procreate.

Pope Benedict had succumbed to the lavender Curia.
All modern leaders watch as the military industrial overtake.
Powerful Roman Emperors had to deal with a Praetorian run wild.
President Trump still fights the deep state.

As we live and breathe, this is our slickness.
Little men in white lab coats no longer speak truth.
We took God out of science, so now to have us follow, they have to trick us.
Their lies have been revealed, they stand naked and mute.

As we live and breathe, this is our sickness.
There are no limits and no reservation.
We took God out of government, hear the tares drop in the stillness.
What happens next is an abomination.
