We Can Talk to Jesus

I can talk to Jesus, Jesus is my friend
When I have a problem, I take it right to him
He doesn't always answer in the way I think he should
But he gives me faith to believe, he's working for my good
Oh, when I talk to Jesus, he listens to my plea
I always feel better when I get down on my knees
Jesus is the anchor in the stormy sea
When I talk to him, I feel his love envelop me
When I talk to Jesus, I'm talking to my king
I give him all my problems and he gives me praise to sing
Jesus gives me peace for each and every day
He comforts me and tells me, l will be okay
You can talk to Jesus too
It's not very hard to do
Just tell him all about it and give him your heart
He doesn't care what you have done
He will help you make a new start
Ask him to forgive you for all of your sins
You can talk to Jesus and he will help you begin again
He is always listening and he won't turn you away
