A LIFE LESSON
This poem is based on the 23rd Psalm specifically:"Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me." Psalm 23:4
HEAR MY PLEA
This was written not for a particular person or circumstance but as a prayer for anyone who's dealing with bad news and may be experiencing nights of tossing and turning with worry. So often we think we can handle it ourselves but, of course, the answer
PSALM 3
I have a series called "Excerpt from Certain Psalms" and this is one of the Psalms. Psalm 3, a psalm of deliverance. The metre used in these chosen psalms enable the psalm to be sung. "St. Peter" is but one tune.
Safe Snowflakes
I wrote this recently to go along with an object lesson taught in children’s church. When troubles come, we might feel like snowflakes blown about in a storm, but we can pray and trust God to help and guide us.
