The Man in the middle finalist in poetry contest
I put myself at the foot of the cross, being transformed by the power of His love. How some can receive His love and forgiveness and how some don't. Luke23:26-49.

Simon Peter finalist in poetry contest
Then Jesus answered, "Will you really lay down your life for me? Very truly I tell you, before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times!" John 13:38

THE TEMPTERS CALL
Satan continues to harass us even after we are saved. He would love to destroy our witness to others and cause us to misuse our liberty. Be on guard that you do not allow fleshly weakness and Satan's lies to embarrass yourself before Christ.

Be Steadfast
Remain steadfast in the Lord

Peter
Unlike Judas, Peter went out and wept bitterly after he denied Jesus. Repentance causes us to change for the better. I wrote this after reading Luke 22:31-34 and verse 61,62.

WHERE CAN CHRIST BE FOUND
The expectation of Messiah began even before His birth--as prophesied in the Old Testament. These prophecies were fulfilled in the New Testament as searchers found Him during different phases of his ministry. Anyone who opens their heart can find Him.

No Storm Is Too Great
A poem dedication to all people regardless of their religion in the face of our suffering and the difficulties of living in our present day. May we all draw our truest encouragement in such times from God alone.

A CUP OF WINE
Jesus shed his blood on the cross for us. He alone can give us eternal life. At the Last Supper took the cup, gave thanks saying "This is My blood of the new covenant which is shed for many." Joy will overcome the cost of accepting this wine.

The Path of Prayer
This is a poem that, I hope, will serve as reminder of just how seriously God takes our prayers.
