The Light of His Embrace

Fleeing from discomfort
into the arms of grace,
Safely in love's refuge
the light of His embrace.

Resting in God's goodness
knowing I'm forgiven,
Accepted as beloved
heaven's riches given.

Through my darkest valley
His presence never leaves,
Always there within me
mercy, my heart receives.

Living in His favour
shadows all left behind,
His strength there to guide me
by His blood I'm now defined.
