The battle is over
when you fall on your knees,
No matter where satan
has put on the squeeze.
Just talk to The Father
in the name of The Son
and the Battle is over
when the praying's begun.
When strong disagreements
can't be straightened out;
When no one will hear
what the truth's all about...
Remember The Lord knows
your thoughts far away ...
and He'll fight your battles
if you ask when you pray.
When trials and temptations
knock long at your door,
remember the Savior
has been there before.
When you're feeling lonely
and you think no one cares...
fall down on your knees.
God will answer your prayers.
