I forget I should remember
as I do my chores each day,
Jesus' love is always near me
and He guides me all the way.
When the shadows fall around me
and I cannot feel God's grace,
Satan's angels try to bind me
in a dark and dreary place.
But God's angels camp around me
Jesus loves me. This I know.
Satan's angels cannot bind me
when He helps me face my foe.
