A Gift For You

The gift of God is eternal life,
Through Jesus Christ the Lord.
A gift that's promised to everyone
Who would believe his Word.

John 3: 16 says Jesus died,
Because God loves us so.
He made a bridge from earth to heaven
But through him we must go.

There was a price on every head,
A price no one could pay.
When Jesus died, he made a way
To wipe sin's debt away.

This gift is free to everyone,
No matter what you've done.
Sin's penalty was paid in full,
Through Jesus Christ, God's son.
