Don't get too absorbed in daily living.
Take time to tell God thank you everyday
More blessed than receiving is giving
when your neighbor calls turn not away.

Be thankful and appreciate your blessing
Don't forget each day to kneel in prayer
If you find your burden so distressing
Take it to the Lord and leave it there.

People get so rushed and in such hurry
that they forget what living is about.
Don't get yourself into a state of scurry
You will have no time to fuss or pout.
