I surrender to you, Father
All the things I count as mine.
I lay them at your feet, dear Lord
Give me your peace divine.
I open myself to your will, your desire
Rekindle in me the passion, the fire.
Fan into a flame the dying embers
Burn up the dross, may all self be rendered.
Till all that is left is your Holy Will
Etched on my soul, abiding still.
Dear Lord, I renew my covenant with Thee
To live for you, wherever I may be.
And when I stand before you on that final day,
May these be the words that I hear You say:
"Enter now into the joy of your Lord,
Well - done, faithful servant,
This is your reward."
