The Prodigal's Elder Son

The Prodigal's Elder Son. Lord, you found me in the desert, hot and thirsty, where I cried. There you told me that you love me and you'd walk close by my side.
There, you lifted all my burdens and fulfilled my every dream. When you promised I was certain no one else would come between.
But you then allowed the tempter to harrass me through and through. I suppose it was to show me what I thought I would not do.
But like Job, I found the purpose...for you know me more than I.... I repent in dust and ashes for, at last, you've shown me why.

John 11:26-27
"I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me,
though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever
liveth and believeth in me shall NEVER die..."
