Flex Your Faith Muscle

There is no temptation,
no bait, no trap, no lure
that Satan won't use on you
so your soul he can secure.

He will throw out anything,
that he thinks will entice you
and he knows before hand
just what He wants to do.

But, God has promised us,
that if in Him we stay faithful
He will help us to withstand
temptations push and pull.

For there's been no attraction,
that's not common to all man
God knows what we can bear
and He has for us an exit plan.

So, next time Satan tempts you,
and he tries to confuse or perplex
just rely on the Lord's strength
then let your faith muscle flex!

1 Corinthians 10:13

"There hath no temptation taken you but
such as is common to man: but God is
faithful, who will not suffer you to be
tempted above that ye are able; but
will with the temptation also make a
way to escape, that ye may be able to
bear it."
