Let Me Carry That

Let Me carry that for you,
let Me have that heavy load
give Me all of your cares
all the tears that have flowed.

Give Me all your discomfort,
all the pain that you still feel
give Me your grief and sorrow
so that your life I can heal.

Let Me take from you,
the pressures on your mind
give Me all your worries
and your fears of every kind.

Give Me your tiredness,
the weary beat in your heart
let Me take on that burden
that is keeping us apart.

Let Me have your concerns,
and I will give you perfect rest
let me have your anxiety
for I know what, for you is best.

Let Me carry that for you,
place it all here in My hand
let Me carry that for you
then in Me ~ you can stand!
