Just Smile!

Lord, make me willing,
to go that extra mile.
Let me put away my frown,
and while I go wear a smile.

These little interruptions,
that come into my day.
Are the things You created,
so I can go about Your way.

My time is not so precious,
if it is not spent on You.
So help me to be more willing,
to do what You want me to do.

Let me put off today,
that which is self-serving.
I want to be Your servant,
please make me more than willing.

So next time the phone rings,
and its someone who needs me.
Let me go that extra mile,
and I promise to just smile!
