These are the Hands

These are the hands that fed 5,000.
Turned the water into wine;
The very hands that touched the leper,
healed the sick, the lame and blind.
The hands that held the children
when He whispered, "Come to Me".
These are the hands, the very hands...
The soldier's nailed to Calvary.
These are the hands that held position
while in agony He hung...
till at last His words were spoken:
"It is finished. It is done."
At the right hand of the Father
where He reigns eternally...
These are the very hands of Jesus
reaching out for you and me.
