Hearts Linked To Jesus

Hearts linked to Jesus,
create a chain of His love.
Encouraging one another,
in the things of above.

Sharing and bearing,
each other's grief and pain.
Hearts coupled to Jesus,
form up His prayer chain.

Caring and carrying,
one another's worries and woes.
Hearts joined to Jesus,
turn to the One who knows.

Trusting and believing,
All things are in His hands.
Hearts connected to Jesus,
understand His eternal plans.

Faithful and loyal,
are those who trust and believe.
Hearts linked to Jesus,
know His peace they'll receive.
