An Autumn wind blows lightly on my face
And I wonder how it came to this place
I cannot tell; do not know; but I know
In Autumn months the wind will blow
And so it is with you and I my friend
We cannot see our beginning or end
But The One who made us as we are
Knows how long we'll travel, and how far
Have faith in the kingdom as yet unseen
Allow our Redeemer to wash you clean
Believe that He knows what is best for you
Believe He is faithful, and always true
Let your faith grow in your softening heart
And as it blossoms, your fears shall depart
Let it grow through prayer and sacrifice
Believe that God's grace will truly suffice
But faith without works shall surely perish
So give out the love that you most cherish
And do good deeds in the name of The Son
And soon love and faith will become as one
Then you can walk on tempestuous seas
And you can bring mountains down to their knees
And The Spirit will speak with clarity
Because of your faith, and your charity
