Sin No More . . .

by Deborah Ann Belka

Oh ~ beware my repented friend,
for Jesus came not to condemn
but to forgive you of your trespasses
but you must not go ~ and sin again.

Once you confess to Him your sin,
ask Him for His strength and power
for Satan will be sure to tempt you
when he finds you in your weak hour.

You must forsake your sinful ways,
if you want God's peace to remain
and from all the lusts of this world
you must be faithful to refrain.

Sin confessed will not save you,
if you return to your recklessness
you must stop the sin that you do
or you will lose God's blessedness.

Oh ~ beware my repented friend,
for Jesus came not to condemn
but God requires from you living faith
and you must change ~ lest you sin again!

John 8:11
King James Version

"She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said
unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go,
and sin no more."
