Jesus hears your every heart sigh
He knows the burden of each hurt
He captures all the tears you cry
He walks your dusty road through dirt.

my healing becomes a journey
discovered when on bended knee.

Jesus is a refuge for my soul
He shares all my life's hardest moments
He heals my broken and makes me whole
He has faced all of my opponents.

my healing secure in His embrace
for it is completed by His grace.

Jesus has carried all my failure
He bore its weight upon His frame
