What America Means To Me

The dictionary won't define
America this way...
But if you ask this heart of mine,
Here's what my heart will say.

Freedom, justice, liberty;
an equal share for all;
Punishment must always be
for those who break the law.

Those who fought so true and just,
down paths we'd fear to trod.
Coins engraved "In God We Trust"
"One Nation Under God".

Beauty so beyond compare...
that words cannot relate;
Her majesty is everywhere,
in each and every state.

America, I'd rather die
than lose my liberty.
America, I know that's why...
You mean so much to me.
