This day I took a walk
On pages of Your Word.
With You I often talk,
Your voice inside I heard.
The joy each morsel brought
Would ring now deep inside,
With kindness as my thought,
Your love so deep and wide.
It changes over time,
My heart that was so wrong,
And cleanses all my crime.
In spirit now I'm strong.
I hope to keep this day
In righteousness of tens.
To keep all sin at bay,
Your Word, my heart, does cleanse.
Ephesians 2:5

Then those who feared the Lord talked with each other, and the Lord listened and heard. A scroll of remembrance was written in his presence concerning those who feared the Lord and honored his name. "On the day when I act," says the Lord Almighty, "they will be my treasured possession. I will spare them, just as a father has compassion and spares his son who serves him.
