The Bread of Life

The Bread of Life is Jesus Christ—
the precious Son of God.
He feeds our spirits and our souls
and walks where no one's trod.
He intercedes for everyone—
He goes before the Lord
and prays for all our needs and wants,
each day and evermore.
This precious Son—the Chosen One—
brought to the world a gift—
a gift that gives forevermore
so that our souls won't drift.
And those who go to Him in faith
will never grow hungry.
And those whose hearts believe in Him
will never be thirsty.
