Almighty God

God's full glory is too much for me,
Power beyond that which I can see,
Hallowed be Thy name throughout the land,
All things controlled by His right hand,
Almighty Sovereign impossible to contain,
From looking at His face we all should now refrain,
For His presence is more than we can bear,
Yet for my soul He shows such loving care,
Coming to the earth in a form that would not kill myself,
But in the form that would ultimately kill God, Himself!
