Evil Thoughts

When evil thoughts invade your mind
and want to take control
don't let them feed your heart with sin
or cause death to your soul.

Just call upon the Holy One—
the Spirit of the Lord,
and pray for help to focus on
the Word of God—His Sword.

Now, let the Spirit take control
of your will and mind.
Do not give in to evil thoughts—
leave evil thoughts behind.
