Eyes You Granted Me

Lord,
Today I came to rest
and spent my day with You.
It was only then
my eyes had a clear view . . .

I witnessed worldly things
diminish from my sight.
They were all replaced
by Your glorious Light.

Through eyes of faith I saw
what this world can't see -
beauty through Your eyes -
eyes You granted me.
