The Lord Most High

If you make the Lord Most High
your home, your dwelling place,
He will shelter you from harm
and darkness you might face.

You'll not dread the dead of night
nor darts that fly by day,.
You'll not fear the deadly plagues
that devastate their prey.

So . . .

If you need the Lord Most High
He'll come to your rescue.
He will send His messengers
to guard and lift you, too.

In their charge they'll bear you up
to keep you safe and sound
and keep your foot from striking
the stones found on the ground.
