JOY

When you hear the sounds of joy
gather close—draw near.
Reach for it with outstretched hands—
don't let it disappear.

Grab hold, hang tight, and don't let go—
preserve it in your heart.
Accept this precious gift from God—
this blessing He imparts.

The Lord wants you to have His joy—
good wishes sent with love.
He offers it to everyone—
this gift from God above.

So . . .

Be joyful everyone on Earth—
praise God, your mighty King.
Let all the Earth thank Him above—
with shouts of joy, come sing.
