The Father's Plan

in the middle of my concerns,
learning grace
especially when my heart yearns,
finding truth
even when I don't understand,
knowing peace
despite things not going as planned.
Healing found
when wounded and life has no rhyme,
breaking pride
was the Father's plan all the time,
molding clay
through a journey we're yet to know,
planning growth
so, love begins to overflow.
Lessons gained
through the trials that hurt so much,
beauty learned
when I receive the Saviour's touch,
claiming hope
if I let go of striving now,
complete life
when all His will I do allow!
2 Corinthians 4:16-17 Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison.
