A Poem on Psalm 46
Psalm 46 is one of the most well-known Psalms. Many souls have been blessed by hearing that God is a refuge and a present help. After reading this Psalm one weekend, I wrote this poem to express the thoughts that it conveyed to my heart.

"What Can I Do?"
This poem was written in the early days when COVID-19 came to our province, when home isolation, and so many rules and regulations were being imposed, and changes being made every day. So many asking, "What Can I Do?"

Jesus paid for my sins completely and I am living in His will, by His grace. There is no reason for people to speak ill of me.

Considering the Birds
A child observes birds and how they act, and wonders why. She concludes with her realization that nature is amazing, and identifies its amazing source.

FUTILE HATE
A hate-filled heart destroys itself. Its target may be someone else, but it will stand between you and God. That is why Christ Jesus commanded us to love our enemies. That does not mean to submit to them but to view them with compassion.

THE CROSS JESUS CARRIED
It is easy to fall into self pity when we fall on hardships or suffering. Nothing we endure comes close to what Christ Jesus endured for us. He who endured so much for us will comfort us in our own pain.
