Spiritual Warfare Poetry

Harvest of the Spirit
This poem celebrates the fruits of the Spirit as outlined in Galatians 5:22-23, describing how they nurture and guide us through life's journey, offering comfort, strength, and guidance.

The Devil: His Deceit, Designs, and Destiny finalist in poetry contest
This is a poem about public enemy number one - the Devil. As Christians we know that our spiritual enemy is real, that he is powerful (though not all powerful), and that he is very deceitful. We also know that He is defeated and ultimately doomed.

Light vs darkness
Living in darkness then realizing the Light is truth

Vessels of Grace: Treasures in Jars of Clay
In jars of clay, God's treasures reside,Skills and talents within us hide.Though fragile vessels made of earth,His power within us finds its worth. With gratitude, our talents employ,To glorify God, our ultimate joy.2 Corinthians 4:7

"Faith in Action: Beyond Spoken Words"
Job's wife, in hardship, said, "Curse God and die!" Yet, she endured Job's trials, leading to a positive outcome with the birth of children. Despite her flaws, the passage emphasizes that true belief is shown through actions, not just words.

Be Strong in The Lord
Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm.Ephesians 6:13 NLT

Hebrews 4:12
God is a zealous warrior, relentlessly pursuing the lost and fighting for human hearts!

A Covenant with Mine Eyes
James 1:12: "Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him."

Grace Is
I was just reflecting on God's grace and mercy, and the power of it all. They transform lives on such a deep almost cellular level and I am just awed by the fact that we only have to believe and ask and God freely gives it to us.
