I Want To Know You More
This poem is about being intentional with my time, making Jesus the priority in my life and growing into a closer relationship with Him.

The Tree
Even after the darkest winter, a tree will spring to new life. God is speaking to us through creation reminding us of the hope of new life found only in Him.

The Lost Is Found
Matthew 18:10-14. Parable of the lost sheep. Our Shepherd loves us so much and He wants us with Him. He searches for the lost and those who have gone astray. And He rejoices when the lost are found!!

The Struggle
God provides us strength through our struggles when we call upon Him. Because of the blood of Jesus, we can truly live as a new creation in Him.. And we can endure and rise from any trial because of the hope of eternal life with Him.. Psalms 34:17

Days of Autumn finalist in poetry contest
When we look at nature and the seasons, we can see that God is quite the artist. This poem paints a picture of Autumn, God’s beautiful creation…

Glimpses of My Father
We can see God in all of His wonderful creation if we just open open our eyes.

Wake Up America
I wrote this poem for Independence Day. Our nation was founded on God and it is my pray that He heals our land. I am so thankful for our freedom.

Grieving With Hope
I was in bed looking at pictures of my 14 year old son, Joshua, who died 3 1/2 years ago. My heart is so broken. I fell asleep praying to God for comfort. I woke up in the middle of the night and wrote this poem. I grieve everyday but I grieve with hope.

Our Weapon
We must each learn to control our tongues. We must use our words to build others up and not to tear others down.
